The hsdcommunity.org site is administered by the Resident Advisory Council (RAC) Communications Committee with the assistance of a Special Committee that focuses on the technical aspects of website maintenance.
The site is not intended to reflect personal opinions, religious references, political ideologies, medical or legal advice, nor commercial offerings. The hsdcommunity.org site will not support any financial transactions. The RAC Communications Committee retains authority over:

the appearance and platform functions of hsdcommunity.org

approves the addition of new club pages (Gatekeeper function)

and retains the right to review content for continued eligibility
The creation and maintenance of club page content is the sole responsibility of the club members. If the Club page is hosted on our platform, then the Club page content must include the name of the parent organization and contact information for the person responsible for its content. If the club page site is hosted on another platform and only a link is maintained from our landing page to that site, then the contact information rule does not apply.
Clubs or other organizations wanting to host their information should select the HSDCommunity.org Site Inclusion Request page to access and print the PDF form to request inclusion on the web site. You may also reach the Communication Committee by sending an email to RACcommcomm@gmail.com.
Once a request has been submitted, it will be reviewed the Communications Committee. If approved, a member of the Special Committee will contact you to place your page on the landing page and give you access to create and maintain your page.
