FLOOR CAPTAINS

are volunteer residents who help communicate between Highland Springs Staff and other residents during a disaster. They are the first point of contact for residents about safety information and updates. Assignments are made by building and by floor.

Floor Captains will be orientated to Highland Springs emergency procedures as residents are instructed to follow their directions during a disaster.
